Gday church

I trust you are walking close to Jesus and fixing your eyes on him each day.  The book of Hebrews has been urging us to slay close to Jesus and not drift away. 

Here is a few things happening at Albany Baptist

  • At our members meeting on Sunday we appointed Damon for a further 5 years from January, 2024. Congratulations Damon and we will continue to pray for you, your family and your ministry
  • Applications for the internship in 2024 are now being taken. Every person who has done this year long program has grown tremendously in their faith and service. Contact Damon if you want to show your interest damon.sokolowski@albanybaptist.com.au
  • We have a number of our older members currently suffering from ill health and others needing care. Please pray and support one another as we seek to love each other well as Christian Brothers and Sisters
  • After we finish our series in Hebrews we will do a Topical Series called Home as we think about together all things relating to our heavenly home, how to live now in light of eternity and being ready to meet Jesus
  • We have a combined churches of Albany service on 10th September at Albany Baptist at 5pm. Plan to join other Christians from Albany to praise God together and hear from Jordan Thyer a talk entitled The Reason for our Hope
  • We trust the women of the Great Southern will be greatly encouraged at the Great Southern Womens Convention tomorrow
