G’day Church,

Trusting you are all keeping a strong vertical relationship with our God and living at peace and in fellowship in your homes, work places and community in your horizontal relationships.  The regular flow of letters continue I have a few more updates. ..

  • We have a new staff member!!  Jodie is in her last weeks as our Office Administrator. She has done a fantastic job and we wish her the best with up coming baby.  Jodie will finish just before ANZAC Day with Carol-Ann Brown coming into that role. Carol-Ann and Her Husband Nathan became members of ABC last November and attend our Saturday service. Their two children are Caleb and Amariah.  Carol-Ann is a Registered Nurse and has previously worked in church admin at Kelmscott Baptist Church. 
  • COVID restrictions have changed again as of today back to level 1. That means…
    • Up to 30 people in homes
    • 1 person per 2 square metre at church (so 202 in auditorium and 137 in foyer)
    • No more QR codes or sign in required (except at The Well)
    • Cuppas back after church on Sunday
    • Masks remain for now
  • With so many people in isolation as close contacts, or with COVID, we will continue our Live Streaming at Saturday 4.30pm and Sunday 9.30am.  Make sure you call out if you are stuck at home and need help with anything. We have people keen to help and people keen to pray
  • Easter services will now be 9.30am Friday and 9.30am Sunday. Live Streaming will continue for these services. We encourage you to come if you can, invite a friend or even share the live stream to friends.

I’m looking forward to being out of isolation on Monday!!
