Albany Baptist tries to be as accessible as we can. There are a number of ways that we hope to make life easier for anyone wishing to enter our building, serve with us and come to know Jesus.
Parking
There are designated all ability parking bays right out the front of our building with ramps and double door entries.
Accessible Spaces
Our building has specifically designated and easily accessible toilets, large aisles and spacious worship and meeting areas, movable and 'extra comfort' chairs.
You can also make use of our 'Parent room' (low light, sound proofing and noise reduction) during the service. This is often utilised by breast feeding mothers and idividuals with light and noise senstivity.
Hearing and Vision Assistance
Albany Baptist Church uses large overhead slides for all song lyrics and text readings. These are speifically designed with the visually impaired in mind.
For those with difficulty hearing, we have a number of headsets linked directly to the microphones that you are welcome to collect from the sound desk and use.
