God’s word is authoritative and effective as the Holy Spirit works inside believers to transform and renew our minds and lives into the image of Christ. Therefore, we are committed to providing theologically orthodox and biblically robust training, delivered by local Christian leaders, all done in conjunction with ministry experience placements and with a view to personal spiritual application and formation.
We partner with Eastern College Australia (RTO 22065) to deliver the nationally recognised 11237NAT Certificate IV in Christian Ministry and Theology as part of the internship program
The Training Hub has also developed the Core Project, aimed at Year 10-12 students as a Christianity ‘101’, introducing students to the big picture story of the Bible, key Christian theology, the life changing impact of Jesus, and his mission to the world. This program currently runs in a number of Christian schools and is an Endorsed Program with SCSA (WA)
The Training Hub has also partnered with Eastern College Australia and other groups in assisting with the development of the Daniel Project, a liberal arts program with a Classical Christian perspective integrating history, literature, philosophy and theology. The program incorporates the 22582VIC Certificate IV in Tertiary Preparation and is ideal as an alternative pathway for Year 11 or 12 students or for adult learners wanting to grow in their own world view.
The Training Hub has partnered with Living Water Anglican Church who are running the 11238NAT Diploma in Christian Ministry and Theology, with a pilot group starting in 2025 (https://www.lwac.org.au/programs/albany-ministry-training). This will function as a second-year to the Certificate IV level internship, though it can also be done as a stand alone year.
